Shipping and Return Policy

 

Shipping

  • We are not responsible for returning packages that become lost in and/or stolen in transit. Please keep any shipping information (proof of postage and return tracking numbers).
  • My shipping services are UPS and USPS. I'm currently working on utilizing DHL for international orders so please check my  Instagram @illustratorick for updates. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times aren't always accurate and in rare cases, may take longer. Shipping time does not include the time taken to process fulfillment. Please be patient after your order is confirmed!
  • It must be noted that I am NOT responsible for any products that are lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS and UPS. Once the product is shipped, it is out of my hands.
  • In a situation where the customer is not at home or their delivery location, their package will be taken to their local post office.
  • In a situation where you place an order and would like to cancel it, you will have to contact me at [email protected] or direct message me on Instagram @illustratorick and I will try to accommodate you as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee that the purchase will be canceled. 

Returns

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit.
  • Returns are valid for 15 days after the delivery date.
  • All products must be returned in original condition (including packaging accessories and paperwork)
  • You will be held responsible for covering the shipping costs of your return item(s)
